Q: How does this impact me?
A: As a customer of ExchangeMarket.ch this change means, that if you make a transaction after November 30th you need to make the payment to the ZKB account as outlined in the transaction confirmation.
Q: What are the new banking details?
A: You will find the banking details in the transaction confirmation and in the customers section in the details of the transaction
Q: Does this include transactions dated before December 1st?
A: No, payments for old transactions before December 1st should be paid to the BCGE account as described in the transaction confirmation.
Only future transactions dated from December 1st will include the new bank account details in the transaction confirmation e-mail and the transaction confirmation details page available in the ExchangeMarket.ch customer area.
Q: When does this change take effect?
A: We will make the change in the systems on the 30th of November at the end of the day.
